The Process:
1. Find a photo you'd like customised. High quality images and multiple images are preferred for a better reference. Images taken during the day, in natural indirect sunlight, work best.
2. Select your desired style from the options available then select how many people you want and add to cart.
3. Complete your purchase - yay!
4. Once your order has been received I will email you within 1-2 business days to collect the images from you and discuss any further details such a facial detail, colours and any other special requests.
5. During the process you’ll have 2 complimentary proofs to look over and approve, this allows you to make 1-2 minor changes. Once the illustration is complete and signed off by you, you will receive two files via email of your custom illustration. A PDF & JPG.
*Physical Prints: These take longer to arrive, since they’re printed off site. Please allow an additional 3-7 business days, after the illustration has been completed, for it to be printed and shipped you. A tracking number will be provided in a shipping confirmation email for you to track it/add any custom delivery instructions if applicable.
