General
This website is owned and operated by Studio By Nad. By using this website you agree to these terms outlined below. The terms, conditions and privacy policy contained on this page is subject to change at any time without notice. Last updated: October 22nd, 2020.

Privacy
The information we collect when you place your order is only used by us to fulfill your order. We will not share, sell or give it away. By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

Intellectual Property
Studio By Nad, or the properly attributed party, own all images, designs, text and trademarks. You may only ever use our intellectual property with blatantly obvious credit back to our site and social media accounts. However, you may never claim any, part and/or modify any material on our site as your own or your unique creation, even with attribution.

We may ask you to delete/remove any, all, or part of our property if you have not clearly credited our work or asked for permission prior to publishing any content. It is illegal to use any of our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on this site.

All products and/or services we offer are for personal use only, unless stated or agreed upon in writing.

Disclaimer
All products are represented as accurately as possible in the descriptions and images provided. Due to the nature of design and technology there may be circumstances beyond our control where discrepancies may occur. For example, the brightness calibration on your monitor/device may differ from ours and the printers. We have worked very closely with our printers to ensure the best colour match on our carefully selected premium high quality stock.

Payments and Returns
All our pricing is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and we reserve the right to change pricing or items on offer without notice. Studio By Nad is not currently GST registered and therefore cannot charge GST on our products. Payments at checkout are processed by PayPal or Stripe. If your order is being processed manually you will be provided with our bank account number and have the full amount deposited before we start working on your order. If you would like to pay off a print, a 20% deposit will need to be paid before starting your illustration. You will then have 4 weeks to pay it off. The full amount will need to be paid in full before printing and dispatching your custom illustration. Please contact [email protected] to arrange.

Additional charges may apply. This includes, but is not limited to: emergency orders, the wrong shipping option selected, wrong product was selected or the amount of people/animals in a custom illustration doesn't reflect the image or request after purchase, additional changes outside of the two complimentary changes during the proofing/creation process, major changes to custom illustrations, special requests etc. These charges will notified to you and an invoice will be provided to you via email. All additional charges are to be made within 14 working days. Once full payment has been received we will send you your final print. If the invoice has not been paid within or on the 14 working days, Studio By Nad reserves the right to charge 5% interest per day on any outstanding amount. After 30 days of any outstanding payments, Studio By Nad reserves the right to send you to collections. Upon which you will owe the total amount of any outstanding payments plus any collection costs including reasonable attorney’s fees.

Due to the nature of the product/s and/or service/s provided, and in compliance with the NZ CGA (Consumer Guarantees Act), refunds will not be given unless otherwise stated in writing. We will meet all our obligations to provide a remedy if your goods are faulty.

Our Custom Process
Please see here for an outline of what our Custom Illustration process looks like. In addition, no changes are permitted once proofing stages are completed. However, if you do notice a mistake that is not at fault by Studio By Nad, there will be charges payable before the amendments and reprinting are done. The amount will be based on the fault, size of the art work and the amount of time required to adjust the artwork. This will be discussed in writing via email at first instance.

Shipping
NZ Shipping: For all non rural addresses in NZ you will need to select the Standard Courier option and for all Rural address you will need to select Rural Courier at checkout. These are tracked, non signature deliveries. If you wish to have your shipping signed on delivery please get in touch to let us know, additional shipping charges may apply. All addresses will be checked before booking the courier, if you have selected the wrong shipping option we will bill you for the difference. This will need to be paid within 3 working days, once full payment has been received we will book your courier to be shipped. All tracking information will be shared with you once it is available after booking.

International Shipping: All orders outside of Australia need to be quoted, please send us an email: [email protected]. Please see details at checkout for details on Australian shipping.

Digital Files: All digital orders will be processed the same way as a physical print, as outlined in the custom process section above. Instead of receiving a physical print you will be emailed a PDF and JPEG file of your custom illustration to the email address you have provided. A PDF file is ideal for printing in your own home, and the JPEG file for sharing online. Digital File orders are only offered in limited offers from time to time, where providing a physical print is not available.
